Private Messaging Enabled

bombshelterbrewing noted the lack of private messages on the site. I have enabled it. If you want to send someone a private message click on their user name in a post and it will bring you to their profile. From there, there should be a tab option called contact. Click it and you can send them a private message. Good for giving someone your email address when you don't want it out in the intertubes for all to see, etc.

let me know if there are any problems with the feature, etc.
