Hybrid Lambic/gueze/strong ale at home

I currently have a Hybrid Lambic/Gueze that is still in its begining stages. I took first runnings from Flying Dog Tire Bite Lager from work. I let the unboiled wort sit for approx 5 days. Then I boiled for 60 min with one initial hop addition. I fermented with chico and then once primary fermemtation subsided I added a White Labs belgian sour mix to hopefully round out the beer in the critter department. We'll see how it tastes in a year!
I also am currently enjoying my Imperial Java Stout and Bubble Gum Barleywine. I am also currently aging some bottles of my Belgian christmas ale that was brewed with cinammon in the Biere de Garde Style.
cheers
